Ingredients:
3 tablespoons fat-free balsamic vinaigrette (such as girard's)
1 tablespoon honey
1 (5-ounce) package spring mix salad greens (such as fresh express)
1 cup halved grape tomatoes (about 5 ounces)
2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onions
1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup (1 ounce) crumbled blue cheese (such as maytag)
Directions:
1. Combine vinaigrette and honey in a large bowl. Add spring mix, tomatoes, and onions; toss well to coat. Sprinkle with pepper and cheese; toss gently.
