Chicken with vinegar, mushrooms and garlic Ingredients:
180 g chicken breast raw |
140 g raw mushrooms |
8 g flour |
2 cloves garlic |
30 ml balsamic vinegar |
4 g chicken bouillion |
3 g low-fat margarine |
Directions:
1. flour and season chicken, saute in hot oil ~3 min 2. flip, add mushrooms and garlic, saute further 3 min mixing 3. add vinegar, chicken broth, bay leave and thyme 4. simmer 10 min. |
