A savory casserole my mom used to make often. Nothing like beef and cheese! Ingredients:
1 1/2 lbs ground beef |
1/2 cup minced onion |
1 1/2 teaspoons salt |
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
1 1/2 cups hot cooked rice |
1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes |
grated cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Brown beef and onion in a skillet and drain. 3. Combine with the rest of the ingredients except the grated cheese. 4. Pour into a 2 qt casserole dish. 5. Top with grated cheese. 6. Bake 45-50 minutes. |
