It is a healthy breakfast that I am hoping will help me lose weight. I make one serving and divide it into a breakfast and snack.
Ingredients:
1/4 cup oat bran
1 pinch salt
3/4 cup water
1/2 banana, sliced
1/4 cup sliced almonds
4 teaspoons brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter
Directions:
1. Toast oat bran in sauce pan.
2. Add water and salt and bring to a boil.
3. Reduce heat and cook 1-2 minutes longer.
4. Add all other ingredients and enjoy.
