Use measure for measure in recipes that call for ground cinnamon, allspice, cardamom, nutmeg, cloves or ginger. Ingredients:
1/3 cup cinnamon |
3 tablespoons ground allspice |
1 1/2 tablespoons ground cardamom |
1 tablespoon ground nutmeg |
2 teaspoons ground cloves |
2 teaspoons ground ginger |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients well in a bowl. 2. Store in an airtight container. |
