This is really good if you want to use ground turkey instead of beef too. Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef |
2/3 cup milk |
4 slices bread, cubed |
1 tablespoon onion, chopped |
salt |
pepper |
2 teaspoons baking powder |
oil, for browning |
2 (10 3/4 ounce) cans cream of mushroom soup |
Directions:
1. Beat bread together with milk. 2. Add meat, onion, salt, pepper, any other desired seasonings, and baking powder. 3. Mix well. 4. Form into balls and brown in a small amount of oil. 5. Place in casserole dish and pour undiluted soup over the meatballs. 6. Cover and bake for 45 minutes at 350°F. |
