This recipe is adapted from Bisquick. Special thanks to WaterMelon. Ingredients:
2 cups baking mix (can use watermelon's low fat bisquick substitute.) |
1 1/3 cups milk |
2 tablespoons vegetable oil |
1 egg (optional) |
Directions:
1. Stir ingredients until blended. 2. Pour into center of hot greased waffle iron and close lid. 3. Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. Carefully remove waffle. |
