Baker's Mousse Bars

Probably found this in a Kraft Foods magazine, but haven't made it yet.
Ingredients:
1 (4 ounce) package semisweet chocolate, divided
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk, divided
4 eggs
1 (4 ounce) package chocolate instant pudding
1 1/2 cups cool whip, thawed
Directions:
1. heat oven to 325.
2. melt 6 chocolate squares as directed on pkg.
3. mix with sugar, flour, 1/4 cup milk and eggs until well blended.
4. pour into 9 square pan sprayed with cooking spray.
5. bake 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
6. cool completely.
7. beat dry pudding mix and remaining milk with whisk 2 minutes.
8. stir in cool whip, spread over dessert.
9. melt remaining chocolate squares, drizzle over pudding layer.
10. refrigerate until chocolate is firm.
