Baker's Chocolatey Banana Muffins |

Ingredients:
2/3 cup vegetable oil |
1 cup sugar |
2 large eggs |
2 cups mashed bananas |
2 cups baker's semi-sweet chocolate |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon cinnamon |
2 cups flour |
2 teaspoons baking soda |
1 cup chopped nuts (, can be added to the batter) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together oil, sugar and eggs; stir in bananas and chocolate chips. 3. Combine flour, soda, salt and cinnamon; stir into mixture just to moisten. 4. Spoon into 24 greased muffin cups. 5. Bake 15- 20 minutes. |
