QUICK & EASY healthy veggie side dish or snack. great to serve with any meal or munch on to satisfy your salty cravings. Ingredients:
3 zucchini |
salt |
extra virgin olive oil |
Directions:
1. Thinly slice 3 washed zucchini. 2. Lightly oil a baking sheet lined with tin foil. 3. Bake on 350°F for 5-10 minutes. 4. After 5-10 minutes take out and flip, bake for another 5 min (leave in for 2-3 minute for extra crispy). 5. Take out and lightly salt. 6. Serve any time! |
