3 yellow squash |

Directions:
1. slice the vegetables. 2. Mix oil, soy in zipper bag 3. add Zucchini and Squash. 4. coat in mixture then place on cookie sheet. 5. salt and pepper the vegetables. 6. Bake at 425 for 45 minutes or until desired tenderness. |
