It's like a quick lasagna. Less calories with ground turkey instead of beef. Ingredients:
1 pound ground turkey |
36 ounces pasta sauce |
1 pound farfalle |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese |
15 ounces part skim ricotta cheese |
Directions:
1. cook ground turkey in fry pan, dice up small 2. cook pasta in another pan. 3. rinse pasta, leave hot 4. add cheeses, mix 5. add turkey, mix 6. add sauce, mix 7. save a little sauce to spread on top. 8. bake for 30 minutes covered with foil at 350 or until you see sauce sizzeling. 9. Serve hot. |
