2 tablespoon(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1 pound(s) ground beef |
2 tablespoon(s) minced garlic |
1 cup(s) reduced fat sour cream |
6 ounce(s) ricotta or sliced provolone cheese |
6 ounce(s) shredded mozzarella cheese |
2 jar(s) spaghetti sauce |
Directions:
1. ) COOK PASTA PER PACKAGE DIRECTIONS 2. ) WHILE PASTA IS COOKING, BROWN GROUND BEEF, GARLIC AND SHALLOTS. WHEN DONE, ADD 1 JAR OF SAUCE. SIMMER FOR 10 MINUTES 3. ) PREHEAT OVEN TO 350. GREASE A 9X13 PAN 4. ) LAYER AS FOLLOWS: LAYER OF SAUCE, ADD 1/2 OF PASTA AND MIX TOGETHER. THEN ADD SOUR CREAM, RICOTTA/PROVOLONE CHEESE, MEAT MIXTURE, REMAINING PASTA, MOZZARELLA CHEESE AND ANY REMAINING SAUCE 5. BAKE FOR 30 MIN OR UNTIL CHEESES ARE MELTED. COVER WITH FOIL MOST OF THE TIME TO KEEP FROM DRYING OUT. |
