Ingredients:
2 26 oz jars spaghetti sauce |
1 pound(s) dry ziti pasta |
2 tablespoon(s) grated parmesan cheese |
1 pound(s) lean ground beef |
6 ounce(s) mozzarella cheese, shredded |
1 onion, chopped |
6 ounce(s) provolone cheese |
1.5 cup(s) sour cream |
Directions:
1. Bring pot of lightly salted water to boil. Add ziti pasta and cook about 8 min. Drain. 2. Brown onion and beef in skillet over medium heat. Add spaghetti sauce and simmer 15 min. 3. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 13x9" baking dish. Layer as follows: half of ziti, provolone, sour cream, half of sauce mixture, remaining ziti, mozzarella, and remaining sauce. Top with Parmesan. Bake covered for 30 min til cheeses are melted. |
