I saw this on Emeril who says it's to die for. I believe him! Serve with whitebread and more mustard Ingredients:
1 whole balogna |
yellow mustard |
brown sugar |
Directions:
1. Score skin of balogna as you would do for ham ( diamond shapes ). 2. Slather thickly all over with yellow mustard 3. Coat with lots of brown sugar, pressing so sugar adheres. 4. Bake 325 for 3 hours in a foil lined pan 5. Emeril says to serve with bread and more mustard. |
