Low calorie, full of flavor vegtable dish great for dinner! Ingredients:
1 salt and pepper to taste |
1 teaspoons chopped parsley |
1 tbsp garlic powder |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 yellow squash, diced |
1 zuchinni, diced |
1/2 onion, diced |
1 red bell pepper, diced |
Directions:
1. 1. preheat oven to 400 2. 2. spray a baking dish with no calorie cooking spray 3. 4. in bowl combine parsley garlic lemon juice squash zuchinni onion and bell pepper. 4. 5. place veggies in dish season with salt and pepper to taste and bake for about 35 minutes or until veggies look done 5. 6. serve over brown rice for filler 6. I add a 16oz can of diced tomatoes but the only one this would analyze had twice the amount of sodium so I just add the caloire separate from the meal. |
