Baked Vegetable Dip

This is a dish made for Bunco. It does not taste at all like you would think.
Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, drained
1 (15 -16 ounce) can asparagus, drained
1 (15 -16 ounce) can artichokes, drained
1 (8 ounce) container chive & onion cream cheese (not whipped)
1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
Directions:
1. Combine chopped spinach, asparagus and artichokes in food processor. Blend with cream cheese and 1 1/4 cups Parmesan cheese blend until desired consistency.
2. Put in glass baking dish and top with remaining 1/4 cup of Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake at 375 degrees for 35 minutes.
