I am looking forward to summer to try this recipe from Womans Day out ! Ingredients:
50 g butter |
4 peaches |
1 vanilla bean, halved, seeds scraped |
1/2 cup honey |
300 ml white wine |
ice cream, to serve |
Directions:
1. Pre heat oven to 160 C. 2. Grease small baking dish with the butter. 3. Cut a cross in the bottom of each peach. 4. Place cross side up in dish. 5. Top each peach with vanilla seeds. 6. Drizzle evenly with honey. 7. Pour wine into dish around peaches. 8. Bake 45 minutes or till tender. 9. Serve with ice cream. |
