6 1/2-ounce can tuna, drained |
1 egg |
1/2 cup bread crumbs |
3 tablespoons mayonnaise |
2 tablespoons chopped onion |
2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
2 tablespoons chopped almonds |
1 teaspoon prepared mustard |
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning |
1/2 cup crushed corn flakes |
2 tablespoons melted butter |
Directions:
1. Combine tuna, egg, bread crumbs, mayonnaise, onion, parsley, almonds, 2. mustard and poultry seasoning. Mix well. Shape into 40 balls; roll 3. in corn flakes. Dip in melted butter. Bake at 450: for 10 minutes. 4. Serve on cocktail picks. |
