Ingredients:
1/4 cup(s) grated parmesean cheese |
1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice |
1 tablespoon(s) onion, finely chopped |
paprika |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
8 ounce(s) sour cream |
1 pound(s) trout fillets |
Directions:
1. preheat oven to 350. 2. place fish in a greased shallow 3qt baking dish. 3. In a small bowl, combine the sour cream, Parmesan, lemon juice, onion, and salt, spread over fish. Sprinkle with paprika. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 for 20 -25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. |
