Ingredients:
2 plum tomatoes |
fine breadcrumbs |
parmesan cheese, grated |
dried thyme |
Directions:
1. Cut each tomato in half and arrange cut side up on a baking dish. 2. Sprinkle each half lightly with bread crumbs, parmesan cheese and thyme. 3. Bake for 15 to 20 min at 375 degrees. |
