Simple Asian chicken dish that is sure to please! Note: time includes marinating overnight Ingredients:
3 -4 lbs chicken pieces |
1/2 cup soy sauce |
1 onion, chopped |
1 tablespoon grated gingerroot |
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon |
1/4 teaspoon allspice |
3 star anise |
1/8 teaspoon ground cloves |
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except chicken. 2. Marinate overnight. 3. Bake at 325 30-45 minutes or until cooked through. |
