4 boneless pork chops |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1 cup tortilla chips, crushed |
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder |
Directions:
1. Stir the chili powder into the yogurt. 2. Brush on chops. 3. Press chops into chip mixture. 4. Arrange chops on baking sheet. 5. Spray with cooking spray. 6. Bake on bottom rack at 400* for 30 min, turning twice. |
