Ingredients:
4 (8-ounce) sweet potatoes |
5 teaspoons butter, softened |
1 tablespoon brown sugar |
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon |
Directions:
1. Pierce each potato several times with a fork. Microwave at HIGH 14 minutes or until tender, turning after 7 minutes. 2. Cut a slit into each potato. Combine butter, sugar, and cinnamon; divide mixture evenly among sweet potatoes. |
