Ingredients:
2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/8 inch thick slices |
1 1/2 teaspoons sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice |
1 1/2 teaspoons lowfat margarine, melted |
1 tablespoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. 2. Layer potatoes in a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray (nonfat). 3. Add any remaining liquid from bowl and cover dish with foil and bake at 350 degrees F for 30-35 minutes. |
