This is a different way to make deviled eggs for the holiday or any occasion Ingredients:
6 hard cooked eggs |
5 tablespoons butter |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
salt to taste |
dash of cayenne pepper to taste |
1 1/2 cups ground country ham |
1 1/2 cups milk |
3 tablespoons flour |
1 1/2 cups grated swiss cheese |
Directions:
1. Slice eggs; spoon out yolks. 2. Mash yolks with butter, pepper, salt, worcestershire sauce and ham. 3. Stuff whites with ham mixture. 4. Place in oblong baking dish, 5. Prepare the sauce with milk, vlour and the remaining butter. 6. Add grated swiss cheese. 7. Pour over eggs and bake at 350 degrees until hot and bubbly. |
