prepare this in the evening- let it sit in fridge overnight and in the morning you'll have a healthy, filling breakfast that smells great when baking! Tastes FABULOUS and healthy, healthy, healthy!(doesn't include overnight refrigeration in cooking/prep times) Ingredients:
1 tablespoon baking powder |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
3 cups whole rolled oats (not quick cooking) |
3/4 cup splenda sugar substitute |
1 cup skim milk |
1/2 cup applesauce |
1 medium mashed banana |
1 apple, peeled and diced |
2 teaspoons cinnamon |
1 teaspoon nutmeg |
3/4 teaspoon vanilla |
2 tablespoons brown sugar |
1/2 cup egg beaters egg substitute |
Directions:
1. combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray. refrigerate overnight. bake at 350 for 30 minutes. |
