Got this from a friend - super easy and great for picky eaters! Ingredients:
8 ounces cooked whole wheat spaghetti |
2 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/8 cup parsley |
8 ounces mozzarella cheese |
Directions:
1. Toss cooked noodles with eggs, parmesan and parsley. 2. In greased 8x8 pan, put half the noodle mixture, followed by half of the mozzarella. Repeat. 3. Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes. |
