Baked goodness Ingredients:
1 lb spaghetti |
1 (12 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup, condensed |
2 cups mushrooms |
1 medium onion |
1 medium pepper |
1 lb ground beef |
1 (12 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, drained (chopped) |
1 cup cheddar cheese |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350. 2. Cook pasta. 3. Cook beef. 4. In separate (Large) frying pan saute mushrooms, onion, pepper. 5. Drain juice from veggies. 6. Drain grease from beef. 7. Add beef to veggies. 8. Add tomatoes and cream of mushroom soup. Stir. 9. Add parm and half of the cheddar cheese. 10. Create layers of noodles and beef/veggie mixture in a 13x9 pan. 11. Add cheeses on top. |
