Ingredients:
1/2 lb shrimp |
1 egg, beaten |
1/4 teaspoon chili paste |
1 tablespoon chopped onion |
1 teaspoon black pepper |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped celery |
1 1/2 tablespoons chopped parsley |
1 teaspoon ginger powder |
1 teaspoon garlic powder |
salt |
Directions:
1. De shell and de-vein the shrimps and boil them in salt water for 5 minutes. 2. Mix all the ingredients to the shrimps to the shrimps and place them on a greased baking dish. 3. Bake in moderate oven for 30 minutes. Serve hot. |
