This is good if you need to make a lot of eggs at once. Serve them immediately. There are lots of ways to dress them up like cheese, sauces, etc. Ingredients:
4 eggs |
salt and pepper |
1/4 cup half-and-half |
Directions:
1. Grease 4 (6 ounce) custard cups. Break and slip 1 egg into each cup. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spoon 1 tablespoon half and half over each egg. 2. Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes or until desired degree of doneness. |
