Here's a twist on the traditional baked potato from Chatelaine Food Express Quickies 2 Ingredients:
4 potatoes, unpeeled |
1 tablespoon sesame oil |
black pepper, coarsley ground to taste |
salt, to taste |
Directions:
1. Scrub potatoes and cut in half. 2. Rub with sesame oil then sprinkle generously with coarsely ground black pepper and salt. 3. Bake on a baking sheet until tender, turning partway through (about 45 minutes). |
