                                                4 potatoes, unpeeled  |  
                                                1 tablespoon sesame oil  |  
                                                black pepper, coarsley ground to taste  |

                                1. Scrub potatoes and cut in half. 2. Rub with sesame oil then sprinkle generously with coarsely ground black pepper and salt. 3.
