A very versatile tasty dish,,so healthy and very aromatic when cooking . Makes a pleasant plating and a delicious dish. Ingredients:
16 scallops in shells, washed |
2 tbsp olive oil |
2 tbsp brandy |
2 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped |
crusty bread to serve |
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 325F. 2. Place the scallops on a baking tray. 3. Drizzle each one with a little olive oil and a dash of brandy. 4. Place in the oven for 10-12 minutes. 5. Arrange four scallops on each plate and sprinkle with a little chopped parsley. 6. Serve with some crusty bread to mop up the juices inside the shells. |
