Healthy, nutrient dense main course with wild salmon. Ingredients:
272 grams yams, boiled |
114 grams onions, boiled |
1 tbsp olive oil |
2 cloves garlic, minced |
2 tsps dry mustard |
1 tbsp lemon juice |
1 tbsp rosemary, minced |
1/2 pound green beans, boiled |
8 ounces salmon, broiled |
30 grams mushrooms, sliced |
Directions:
1. Make paste with garlic, mustard, lemon juice and rosemary. 2. Parr-boil yams and place on parchment lined baking sheet top with sliced onions and mushrooms bake 425 degrees 10 minutes put salmon atop and dress with paste. Bake til salmon is done, about 15 minutes |
