Wow!! What a delightful salmon dish - I hope you enjoy it - Ingredients:
1 lb salmon fillet |
2 cups fresh spinach leaves, chopped |
1 cup mushroom, sliced |
1 tomato, chopped |
1/4 cup kraft sun dried tomato salad dressing |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F Place fish fillets, skin side down, in a baking dish sprayed with a cooking spray. 2. Mix remaining ingredients until blended; spoon over fish. 3. Bake 20-25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with fork. |
