Very easy and wonderful if you like mustard-dill sauce. One of my favorites. Ingredients:
1 cup sour cream |
1/3 cup chopped fresh dill |
3 tablespoons finely chopped onions |
2 tablespoons dijon mustard |
salt and pepper |
1 1/2 lbs center cut salmon fillets, with skin |
2 teaspoons minced garlic |
Directions:
1. In a small bowl, whisk together the first 4 ingredients. 2. Add salt and pepper to taste and blend well. 3. Allow to stand at room temperature for 1 hour. 4. Lightly grease or oil a baking sheet. 5. Put salmon, skin side down, on baking sheet. 6. Sprinkle with garlic, salt and pepper. 7. Spread with 1/3 cup of sauce. 8. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until just opaque in the center. 9. Serve with the rest of the sauce. |
