Baked Salmon with garlic, lime, & dill

Ingredients:
2 pound(s) pink salmon fillets cut into 4 equal portions
3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
2 tablespoon(s) garlic freshly grated
1 tablespoon(s) lime juice fresh
1 tablespoon(s) lime zest
1 tablespoon(s) dill weed fresh
1 teaspoon(s) tabasco sauce
4 sprig(s) dill for garnish
salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
1. To make the baste combine all ingredients except the salmon. Thoroughly coat both sides of each fillet with the baste mix. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-18 minutes
2. Serve with steamed asparagus and rice, using leftover baste mix over the rice
