TOH Quick Cooking Ingredients:
1 (12 ounce) salmon fillets |
1/4 cup butter, melted |
1/3 cup instant potato flakes |
2 tablespoons dried vegetable flakes |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon onion powder |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Cut salmon in half and place in a greased 11x7x2 baking dish. 2. Drizzle with butter. 3. Combine remaining ingredients, press onto salmon. 4. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until flakes easily with a fork. |
