Baked salmon - use Norwegian salmon Ingredients:
16 oz. salmon |
3 tbsp olive oil |
3 cloves garlic |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees 2. Rough chop garlic 3. Rub 1 tbsp olive oil on fish (keep skin on) 4. Add remaining 2 tbsp olive oil to a shallow baking dish 5. Place fish in pan skin side up 6. Toss garlic in the dish 7. Bake for 15 - 20 minutes 8. Remove skin and serve with basmati rice and salad |
