A real easy meal that won't take up much of your time making, but will feed 10 hungry people! Ingredients:
3 1/2 cups small rigatoni pasta |
1 lb ground beef |
4 cups spaghetti sauce |
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese |
1 cup ricotta cheese |
parmesan cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook rigatoni. 2. Drain. 3. Brown ground beef. 4. Drain grease. 5. Mix ground beef, spaghetti sauce, 1 1/2 cups mozzarella. 6. cheese and ricotta cheese together with rigatoni noodles. 7. Pat mixture in a 13 x 9 pan. 8. Sprinkle with remaining 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese. 9. Sprinkle some grated parmesan cheese on top. 10. Cover with foil. 11. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. |
