Baked Ricotta

From Australian Womens Weekly. Sounds really yummy and comforting.
Ingredients:
4 cups ricotta cheese
3 eggs, beaten lightly
2 tablespoons olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dried chili flakes
Directions:
1. Combine ricotta with eggs in medium bowl.
2. Pour into a greased 10 inch springform pan.
3. Drizzle with oil and sprinkle chili flakes over the top.
4. Cover lightly with foil.
5. Cook in covered barbecue, using indrect heat for 15 minutes.
6. Remove foil and cook 10 minutes longer until browned.
7. Drain excess liquid from pan.
8. Cut into wedges and serve with grilled vegetables.
