A great and easy to make side dish. For reduced fat and fewer calories, use low-fat or fat-free sour cream and reduced-fat cheese. Betty Crocker's Best Of Baking. Ingredients:
3 cups cooked white rice |
1 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup shredded monterey jack cheese (2 ounces) |
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 ounces) |
1 to 2 tsp. chile powder (can be adjusted) |
2 cans (4 ounces each) chopped green chiles, drained |
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Mix all ingredients in ungreased 2-quart casserole. 3. Bake uncovered 30 minutes. |
