Comforting rice custard is a nice dessert anytime. Ingredients:
2 eggs |
2 cups milk |
1 cup cooked rice |
1/2 cup lightly packed brown sugar |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 325. 2. Lightly grease a 1-quart casserole dish. 3. Beat the eggs and milk together. 4. Add the rice, sugar, and salt and combine well. 5. Pour into casserole dish and set in a pan of hot water in the oven. 6. Bake for 1 hour. |
