Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup(s) rice |
4 eggs |
1 cup(s) sugar |
1 tablespoon(s) vanilla |
3/4 cup(s) cream |
Directions:
1. Cook 1 1/2 cups of rice in water. In a separate bowl, mix 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1TBS vanilla and 3/4cream. Pour mixture over rice and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in cake pan ar 350 degrees F until done. |
