I got this recipe from my mum, who got it from a friend. It calls for rice , nothing specific. I used brown rice and it turned out well. It's easy to make, basically just open some cans and stir in rice. Read more . There were no left-overs. :-) Ingredients:
1 cup of uncooked rice (i used brown rice) |
1 can of french onion soup |
1 can of beef consume |
1 small can of mushroom slices |
1 stick of butter (i cut this amount in half and it turned out okay) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350F. 2. Mix first 4 ingredients together in a casserole. 3. Dot with the butter. 4. Bake for 60 minutes. |
