Ingredients:
1/2 chopped onion |
1 cup long-grain rice |
4 tablespoons butter |
2 cups boiling chicken broth or 2 cups boiling salt water |
Directions:
1. preheat the oven to 375. 2. saute the onion in 2 tablespoons of the butter until translucent. 3. add the rice and stir until well coated. 4. add the chicken broth or salted water, cover and bake for about 18 minutes. 5. gently mix in the rest of the butter and serve right away. |
