Amazingly delicious and sooo easy! Ingredients:
2 cups water (boiled) |
1 cup long grain rice (uncle ben's) |
2 tablespoons butter |
salt and pepper |
1 onion (minced) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. In a greased casserole dish, add in all ingredients. 3. Cover with a lid and bake for 30 minutes. Enjoy. |
