Ok, this is just plain ole cooked rice. It is ready for you to put your own topping on, to add butter and sugar for breakfast, or any number of ways you like to fix it. Ingredients:
1 cup rice |
2 cups boiling water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 tablespoon oleo or 1 tablespoon butter |
Directions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a 2-quart casserole dish. 2. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. |
