Great budget dinner, fresh, delicious and super-affordable meal idea. This came from Ladies' Home Journal. I have not tried this recipe, but I'm posting it for safe keeping. Ingredients:
15 ounces frozen cheese ravioli |
6 ounces fresh spinach |
24 ounces jarred marinara sauce |
mozzarella cheese, grated |
Directions:
1. Toss together raviolis, spinach and marinara sauce in a 2-quart baking dish. 2. Bake, covered, at 400 until cooked through, 25 minutes. 3. Top with grated mozzarella. |
