Yummy! Ingredients:
1 rabbit |
3 large apples (sliced thick) |
1/2 teaspoon black pepper |
3 tablespoons butter |
8 slices bacon |
1 pinch rosemary |
1 pinch sage |
1 pinch cumin |
Directions:
1. Quarter Rabbit and put in deep cooking sheet or cast iron deep skillet. Add pepper, herbs and place pats of butter on top of each quartered piece of rabbit. Cover with bacon strips. Place apple slices over all the meat, cover loosely with foil and bake 350°F for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. |
